Jeffery H. Davis is a Senior Consultant for the UMass Donahue Institute and designs and delivers customized leadership training programs for corporations, government agencies and non-profits. Jeff has been in business for 15 years working primarily with hi-tech corporations, government, non-profit agencies and medical institutions as a consultant and trainer. He specializes in Leadership Development, Coaching & Teamwork Skills, Workplace Communication, Change Management, Process Improvement, and Meeting Facilitation. He has successfully provided private sector organizations with his consulting and training expertise, including: AEGON Investment Corp., Fleet Bank, Boston Children’s Hospital, MIT/Lincoln Labs, Nstar Energy Companies, The MITRE Corporation, Toshiba, Defense Acquisition University, Jabil Circuit Corporation, Evergreen Solar, Inc. and Boston Centerless / AccuRounds Company.He holds a Master of Education degree in Management from Cambridge College. Jeff is a qualified administrator of the following assessment instruments: the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Herrmann Brain Dominance Indicator (HBDI), the Hogan Personality System Assessments, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Assessment, the Interpersonal Influence Inventory (III), the BEST Communication Style Instrument, and the DiSC Leadership Behavioral Style Instrument. He has served on the Adjunct Faculty of the University of Massachusetts, teaching in the Graduate School of Instructional Design.
